MALORY

Beautiful Malory always seems to have a smile on her face!  She’s a lovely lady with a personality that just can’t be beat.  Malory has Addison’s disease, a situation in which the body is unable to produce certain hormones—this can typically be managed well with medication and regular labwork.  With proper care, Addison’s patients can live live full, active lives!  And active suits Malory just fine, as she’s always ready for a fun walk with her favorite people!  Malory has a loving foster mom that keeps her company, so if you would like to meet Malory in person leave a message at 214-349-ELPO (3576), option number 8, and we’ll coordinate schedules with you and her foster so that you can visit this wonderful gal!

SUNDAY

This feisty little feline was found on, you guessed it, a Sunday!  But whoever thought that Sunday could be a day of rest hasn’t met this little bundle of kitty energy.  She’s always on the go and looking for ways to get into trouble!  She has a chronic eye condition (feline herpesviral infection) that is not contagious to humans or dogs, but is able to spread to other kitties—she may do best as a single kitty or in a household with other kitties that already have this virus.  Treatment typically involves an antiviral supplement given twice daily in her food, and eye medications as needed.

VICTORY

This handsome and outgoing fellow was admitted as a stray on the Fourth of July.  He’s cute, sweet, playful, and seems to love everyone he meets!  He has a chronic eye condition (feline herpesviral infection and calicivirus) that is not contagious to humans or dogs, but is able to spread to other kitties—he may do best as a single kitty or in a household with other kitties that already have these conditions.  Treatment typically involves an antiviral supplement given twice daily in his food, and eye medications and/or antibiotics as needed.
