Sweet, loving Gus is quite nervous around new people but is amazingly loyal once he knows that you’re someone he can trust!  Originally adopted in 2003, Gus has been in a home where he may not have been exposed to many new places/people so new things are a little scary for him.  When he was returned in April of this year, he was quite overwhelmed the first few days and didn’t know who to turn to for comfort!  However, the change he has made since his arrival is remarkable and we know that he would make this same wonderful adjustment into a new, loving home!
