Stunningly handsome Frankie has a special sweetness about him that just can’t be ignored.  Found as a stray, he lodged at a veterinary hospital for several months while a Good Samaritan tried to find him a new home.  With a busy schedule, it was hard to do on her own so she finally decided to admit him to East Lake Pet Orphanage so that we could get the word out about this special, quiet gentleman.
